Admissions

Families interested in enrolling a student at Lil’ Lights Preschool are encouraged to visit our campus for a tour and to pick up an information packet containing enrollment forms. A selection of important enrollment documents are available below for your convenience. Also available below is a list of all of the items required for enrollment.

​For the purpose of enrollment, a student’s age is based on his or her age as of September 1 of the school year for which the student is enrolling.

​Documents are available in Spanish upon request.

Enrollment Information Packet – Effective July 1, 2023

Each prospective student and his or her parent/guardian must submit the following documents and pay any appropriate registration fee (fee not required for VPK) to enroll in Lil’ Lights Preschool:

• Registration/Election of Services Form
• Child Certificate of Eligibility (VPK Enrollment ONLY; apply online at https://4cflorida.org/parents/voluntary-pre-kindergarten-vpk/)
• Copy of child’s birth certificate
• Copy of child’s social security card (not required)
• A State of Florida immunization record, showing that the student has met all of the state and local requirements for immunization.
• A State of Florida school entry health form
• Influenza Form
• Permission & Medical Consent Form
• Parent Handbook Agreement
• Rilya Wilson Act Acknowledgement
• Know Your Childcare Center Acknowledgement
